Schatz - Rosé is a rosé wine, which is also a biodynamic wine. This Málaga wine is made from the Muskattrollinger grape, a German grape.
The process of elaboration is carried out following the rules of biodynamic viticulture (based on the cosmos and nature), in other words, it is a pink "different", capable of enthusing all those who see a wine poor in the pink ones.
It is characterized by being a wine full of white and blue flowers, very perfumed, where the red fruit appears full of youth and equally notes of ripe fruit, in the mouth it is fresh, with an excellent acidity and where the saline notes stand out by the work biodynamic soil. It came with a lot of personality that drinks very easily, with pleasure, since its sweet notes on the nose and its delicate complexity when it is tasted in the mouth, bring very good sensations.
You can tell this while serving: Since the time of the Iberians and after the Romans, Ronda has been a place where historically the vineyard has always been, and is still very present. The cultivation took place in the city of ACINIPO (hence the name of one of the wines), whose Roman remains are located 12 miles from the centre of Ronda. The 6 wines that compose the collection of the winery are named after each of the letters that make up their surname: SCHATZ.
Limited production: 1,900 bottles.
