Tesalia

Tesalia coming from the Petit Verdot plot No. 5 and No. 10, the Syrah plot No. 1, a little from the Tintilla de Rota plot No. 2, and the Cabernet Sauvignon plot No. 9, these plots are predominantly oriented to the Northeast, they occupy slopes of very steep and ventilated slopes that correspond to the coolest vineyards of Bodega Tesalia.

The harvest is done manually and at night to take advantage of the low temperatures. Regarding the production, we carry out pre-fermentation maceration in cold for four days, to preserve the color, aroma and flavor of the grapes, fermenting the varieties separately for approximately 20 to 25 days.

Tesalia responds to the concept of Grand Cru Classé in Andalusia, very elegant, noble and with great storage capacity. from the plantation of the vineyards, through the selection of varieties, to the maximum perfectionism in the winemaking and aging processes.

The result is a wine of extraordinary quality, which shows concentration, elegance, complexity, balance, length and nobility.
