A nice feature of this winery is that all the corks from Bodegas Forlong include a poem. The winery is located in the basement, where the barrels are, after having carried out some studies, they have taken advantage of the land on which they live, with the purpose of obtaining wines full of personality and good work.
“Forlong”, the farm, is known as El Olivar de Forlón, they made a play on words, adding a “g”, at the end, giving place for “for a long”, a project that will last over time. Furthermore, the surname Forlón derives from the surname of an English merchant from the 18th century, Pedro Furlong. A winery, full of history, just like its name.

In the heart of the wine region of Jerez
, in the province of Cádiz, is Bodegas Forlong . The winery is located on the "El olivar de Forlón" farm, an 11-hectare property that has a privileged climate, with mild winters and hot summers. The estate's vineyards extend over albariza soils, a white loam characteristic of the Jerez region.

Bodegas Forlong is the dream come true of Rocío and Alejandro, two young wine lovers who decided to bet on quality and tradition. Rocío and Alejandro make their wines with the area's native varieties, such as Palomino, Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel. They use traditional winemaking methods, with long and slow fermentations. Bodegas Forlong wines are characterized by their complexity and expressiveness.
