A unique environment, where a rich variety of native trees and aromatic herbs abound, giving rise to theCortijo Los Aguilares, D.O. wines. Ronda, Sierras de Málaga. With clay and limestone soil, favoring the resistance of the plant, since the soil retains moisture.
More than 900 m, in the Serranía de Ronda, with the influence of the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, creating an ideal microclimate for the ripening of the grapes and maintaining their acidity, due to temperature changes between day and night.
With 6 hectares of vineyards, facing North, we grow the Temparnillo and Pinot Noir varieties, and our hallmark, a bicentennial holm oak that has become one of the symbols of the Cortijo Los Aguilares Winery.
The aging of the wine is carried out in French oak barrels, one of the best, in a room with controlled temperature and humidity.</ p>
