Born in 2009, the Pagos de Indalia project is characterized by an innovative construction that seeks to take advantage of gravity in wine production. Its four levels correspond to the different production phases: selection, grinding, fermentation and bottling or aging.

The vineyards of the Pagos de Indalia winery sit on limestone soils around the Andarax River and on slate on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada, at more than 1,000 meters above sea level. The winery is committed to environmentally friendly cultivation methods, recognized by the Andalusian Committee for Organic Agriculture.

Select varieties:

The Pagos de Indalia winery grows a wide range of grape varieties, both red and white. Among the reds, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo stand out, which benefit from the sea mists of the Alboran Sea and the altitude of the vineyards. As for the whites, we find Macabeo, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Vermentino.

Traditional cultivation:
