A journey of discovery

They began their studies in chemistry at university, but soon discovered that their true calling lay in the art of oenology. Determined to perfect their craft, they set out on a journey around the world, eager to absorb winemaking knowledge and techniques. From the vineyards of northern Spain to the valleys of California, passing through Chile, New Zealand and Italy, they explored tirelessly, learning from the masters of oenology in every corner of the planet.

The creation of Bodega Vinifícate

With the baggage of experiences and knowledge acquired on their journey, Miguel and José returned to San Fernando with a clear purpose: to materialize their dream of making wines exceptional. This is how Bodega Vinifícate was born in 2011, with the firm intention of working with the native varieties of Cádiz and honoring the wine-growing wealth of the region.
