The wine Manuel Aragón Amontillado Very Old Limited Edition, belongs to a family winery located in the production area of Jerez, -Xérèz-Sherry. The quality of our wines is internationally known, highlighting the 99 and 98 Robert Parker points of some of our wines. This Amontillado comes from the foundational foundation of the family, from which a limited series of bottles is bottled manually and directly from the boot.

TASTING NOTES: It is a wine of an elegant amber color to amber. Its aroma is subtle and delicate, with an ethereal base softened by aromas of nuts (hazelnuts) and vegetables reminiscent of aromatic herbs and black tobacco.
It presents a pleasant entrance in the mouth and a balanced acidity; Its development is complex and suggestive, highlighting a dry finish and a prolonged post-taste in which the notes of dried fruits and wood are returned, with memories of the flower yeast in which it has developed.
