Tesalia Winery is located in the Sierra de Grazalema, in Cádiz, next to the town of Arcos de la Frontera. A city known for its privileged location.

The Tesalia estate, with an area of 106 hectares, houses the Tesalia winery and its 22 hectares dedicated to the production of exceptional wines. Of these, 11 hectares are carefully cultivated vineyards, 30 are used for breeding and training horses, and the rest are farmland.

Vineyards and Climate

The Tesalia winery's vineyards are located on trellises facing north, taking advantage of the classic Andalusian terrain characterized by clayey and infertile soils. The warm and sunny climate, tempered by the influences of the Mediterranean and the Atlantic, and the proximity to the Sierra de Grazalema, create an ideal microclimate for growing grapes.

Optimal Conditions for the Best Varieties

With an average annual temperature of 17.3 °C and special winter rains, the conditions are perfect for the location of the vineyard. The pruning structures are designed for aeration, giving rise to the best varieties, such asPetit Verdot and Tintilla de Rota, emblems of the Tesalia winery.

Control and Avant-garde in Preparation

At Tesalia winery, an exhaustive control of the pH, sugar and flavor levels of the grapes is carried out. The harvest is done by hand , in an artisanal and nocturnal way, to optimize the quality of the grapes.
