The history surmounts itself to 1821, the yearwhen the chamomile grape started to be produced. Since then, Barbadillo has been developing itself, always following wines that amazes and leaving his print.Unique wines emerged from the perfect combination between the soul of an amazing terrain, the “albariza”, and all the winemaker affection. Experts whose applied their wisdom and large experiences to create and innovate.

Wines like Castillo San Diego, is one of many most characteristic. Born in 1975, is probably the most sold wine in Spain, the most representative of quality of life and enjoying the south. Chamomile juice, sherry juice, brandies, wines of Cádiz... They are as valuable as the jewellery of a crown,all and each one of the pieces that Barbadillo custody in his cellar.

With 1.93 miles2 of own vineyard, 17 ageing cellars in Sanlúcar de Barrameda and one vinification plant of white and red grapes, Bodegas Barbadillo is one of the major cellars in Marco de Jerez.

Oloroso is a wine made from palomino grapes. The special structure that it demonstrates at an initial tasting destines it for oxidative ageing. Nude is a red wine 100% Tintilla de Rota made by Bodegas Barbadillo in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Cádiz, planted in high quality albariza soils. The elaboration is carried out without any kind of aging so that no other aroma that does not come from the variety interferes. The result is a young, fresh and fruity red wine.
