The phenomenon known as craft began to be generated in North America in the early eighties, however it was not until 2010 and 2012 that this movement hatched bringing craft beer to Spain with greater force and impact.
And the fact is that the consumption of craft beer is becoming increasingly popular in Spain, hundreds of entrepreneurs are looking every day to innovate in flavors and smells to offer products of excellent quality to its users.
Craft beers offer us endless variations, unique flavors that adapt to the tastes of each person, as if there were a beer for everyone in the world.
And yes, I make that statement as if we were talking about the love of our lives and that platonic conception of finding our soul mate, not with the purpose of idealizing the perfect beer, but to demonstrate that in the world of craft beers there is always one for everyone.
Spain has not been unaffected by the flourishing of craft beer, generated over the last few years, as I mentioned earlier, first in the USA and then in Europe through countries such as the United Kingdom and Italy.
The truth is that before 2008 Spain had barely 20 craft breweries, while today it has at least 500 microbreweries producing more than 40 million liters per year.
