Vobis

Limited production, sold in 0.5 cl bottles to concentrate all its essence. Vobis is made only in the years in which various weather factors are met.

To achieve this exquisite wine we have selected, crushed and macerated the best Syrah grapes. this is how we extract its intense and varied colors, aromas and flavors.

Manual harvest of overripe grapes that have been left on the vine for longer to extract all its essence. After an alcoholic fermentation, it remains in reductive aging for a minimum of 6 months for its perfect refinement and roundness.

Colour
Cherry red color with carmine and garnet tones, high robe.
Smell
It develops good notes of ripe wild fruits, sweet tomato, figs and dates along with hints of spice.
Palate
In the mouth it is powerful and sweet, with repetitive notes of black fruits, framed by a balanced acidity. Long and persistent finish.

Ideal to accompany all kinds of desserts, especially those made with chocolate, and, due to its contrast, with quince and cured cheeses.

It is recommended to serve very cold.
