Aging in American oak barrels through the system of criaderas and soleras.
This wine begins being a fine. It must be for at least 5 years of biological breeding under a flower veil in oak boots. Once the flower disappears the oxidative phase arrives for at least another 3 years.
Wine with an amber to old gold color, very complex aromas reminiscent of nuts like hazelnut.
With notes of wood, pungent aroma, dry almost swollen, very elegant, saline and persistent in the mouth.
Ideal for blue fish, as well as for salads with strong dressing, white meats, soups and consommés
