Fusion of vines and native varieties, zalema and Muscat of Alexandria. Reflection of an eternal spring that Doñana keeps. It is a wine from Huelva, and its D.O. en Huelva County.
Origin
The Flor de Édalo Wine is a White Wine, made in equal parts with Moscatel and Zalema grapes . These grapes are vinified separately, to later try to obtain a dry Muscat , while the fermentation of the Zalema is stopped with cold to maintain the graduation and the desired sugar concentration.
Features
View: it is a yellow color with green reflections of youth, clean and bright.
Nose: gives off intensity of citrus and floral aromas< /strong> reminiscent of grapefruit, jasmine and orange blossom. Notes of fruit salad with very ripe peach.
Pafe: sweet entry that is quickly balanced with a very fresh acidity that gives it that young and fun, spring-like character. The candied citrus fruits, green apple and white flowers are once again noticeable. Medium persistence and a clean finish that invites you to finish the bottle.
Pairing: Perfect accompaniment to appetizers, salads, seafood, rice dishes, foie or cheese, Mexican and slightly spicy food, Peruvian and Asian cuisine.
The serving temperature must be between 6º C and 8º C.
