Flor de Édalo is a white wine, made in equal parts with Moscatel and Zalema grapes. These grapes are vinified separately, to then try to get a dry Muscat, while the fermentation of the Zalema is cut with cold to maintain the desired sugar concentration and concentration.
View: it is a yellow with green reflections of youth, clean and bright.
Nose: clear intensity of citrus and floral aromas reminiscent of grapefruit, jasmine and orange blossom. Fruit salad with very ripe peach.
Mouth: sweet entry that is quickly balanced with a mjy fresh acidity that gives it that young and fun, springtime character. The candied citrus fruits, green apple and white flowers are again visible. Of medium persistence and clean final that invites to finish the bottle.
Perfect companion of appetizers, salads, seafood, rice, foie or cheeses, Mexican and slightly spicy food, Peruvian and Asian cuisine.
The service temperature must be between 6º-8º.
