Vino Blanco Primogénito

The Primogenito White Wine is made from strains of the Verdejo variety.

Coming from the "navalengua" plot of finca el pujío, located 320 meters high. At this point, the extreme climate shapes the fresh aromas. The thermal amplitude between day and night during the ripening period, allows a slow ripening and a perfect aromatic preservation.

Its reddish soils with a high presence of clays help shape its concentration and typicality.

To produce the Primogenito White Wine, the best clusters from the vineyard are chosen, and from them the best grains at the selection table.

Manual night harvest to maintain the aromas of the variety.

The vinification is carried out respecting the complexity and aromatic typicity of this variety as much as possible, making a pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours to extract aromas and later the alcoholic fermentation is carried out controlling its temperature.

Before bottling, it is stabilized with cold and a gentle filtration is carried out. Thus, we respect the wine to the maximum without carrying out any invasive treatment.

Ideal to accompany with seafood, fish, pasta and rice.
