When I ask about the origin of this vermouth to Sebastian Aragón (Chano), fifth generation and manager of the winery, does not hesitate to explain it to me with passion: "This vermouth is elaborated as our great-grandparents used to do it, following the same recipe, for that reason it is a different vermouth, personal, with familiar character, distinguishes by its aging in wood".

"It has always been a drink that we had at home on weekends at the aperitif, meeting with family or friends to celebrate any event. It was last year when we decided to bottle it and sale it, a big challenge for us. Today we are very satisfied and proud with the results".

Selection of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez with a maceration of plants such as wormwood, gentian and orange bark, along with spices and aromatic plants.
