It is a wine under the Protected Denomination of Origin (PDO) of Lebrija, a city that according to the ancient tales, was founded by God Bacchus. The grapes come from the vineyard Pago de Overo, located on the outskirts of Lebrija on a hill with 22 hectares of Palomino varieties, Muscatel Sauvignon Blanc in white, and Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon in stains.
You can tell this while serving: I was with the commercial director and the son of the founder of the winery, Felix, on the hill of Pago de Overo in the middle of the vines, overlooking the marshes of the Guadalquivir. The feeling that is experienced at that moment, with the fresh breeze caressing your face, hence the name of the wine, that same feeling you feel when you taste it, a stream of freshness, a mouthful of joy and youth, is a different wine, tells me Felix.
