Product Details

The 2 grape varieties (Monastrell and Tempranillo) are harvested separately, manually and in 12kg boxes. The must is obtained by means of the bleeding of the tanks, it is settling and fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. Rest in the bottle in natural caves with a constant temperature and humidity of 16ºC.

AUTHOR'S CONCEPT: A spectacular young wine has been created, due to its strawberry pink color, its fruity nose and that sweet sensation that it leaves in the mouth, characteristics that make it pleasant and very easy to drink. We have achieved a wine suitable for any occasion.

Aged for 12 months in medium toasted French and American oak barrels and 12 months of rest in the bottle in natural caves, at a temperature between 16-18ºC.

Intense and bright cherry pink color, with marked aromas of red fruits, floral notes and balsamic background. In the mouth it is fresh, with a well integrated acidity, expressive and fruity, with an intense and persistent finish.
